Tatiana Kononov is the Chief Scientific Officer for Revision Skincare and Goodier Cosmetics. She has been with the company since 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetic and skincare industry.

Tatiana is extremely creative and proficient in the science of skincare formulation. She is also well versed in regulatory and quality control matters. Tatiana places emphasis on continuous education and travels the world to keep up with the latest skincare information and technology.

Ms. Kononov was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Ursinus College and obtained her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, the American Chemical Society, the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists and was previously Chair of the Southwest Chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists.
