VALERIE RAMSEY is the Vice President of Quality, Regulatory, Vigilance and Medical Information at Pierre Fabre USA, Inc..  Dr. Ramsey has over 20 years of experience in regulatory and quality areas focusing on OTC and Rx drugs, cosmetics, and other product types in the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Canada.  Much of her work has focused on new product development, change management, quality manufacturing, brand acquisitions, international business operations, and global corporate compliance.  She holds a BS degree in Physics from the University of Lynchburg and a Doctorate of Regulatory Science from the University of Southern California.  She also holds Regulatory Affairs Professional Society Certifications (RAC) in the US, EU, Canada, and Globally.
