Who is SSS for?
Most attendees are skincare providers, dermatologists, dermatology residents, physician assistants, nurse injectors, cosmetic nurses, nurse practitioners, aestheticians, practice managers, etc. but anyone genuinely interested in learning more about the science of skincare is welcome!
What is included in registration fees?
The following is included in the registration fee:
Access to the educational sessions
Access to the exhibit hall
Access to industry supported product theaters or special events
Swag bag upon check in at the SSS registration desk
Meals during the Summit including breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday, breaks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and a welcome reception on Friday evening.
CME/CE credit for the sessions you attended
What is the room block discount and when does it expire?
The 2024 Science of Skincare Summit will take place at the Fairmont Austin. SSS has contracted rooms at the hotel for $319/night plus tax. The group rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before October 8, 2024 or until the room block is filled.
How many CME/CE hours are offered?
The exact number of continuing education credits will be determined once the agenda is finalized.
Generally, the Summit offers between 12-15 hours of CME/CE credit.
What is the attire for the Summit?
Attire is business casual. The hotel rooms can be chilly so we encourage attendees to bring a light jacket or sweater.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
A written notice of cancellation must be received by October 1, 2024. Cancellations made prior to October 1, 2024, will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made on or after October 1, 2024, are non-refundable. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Is there on-site parking for those who aren’t staying at the hotel?
Yes, there is on-site parking offered by the Fairmont.
Will there be an online option?
